At my last company, it took me too long to get real feedback from customers, because I focused too much on building a perfect MVP. This is what I learned:

☑️ The #1 purpose of an MVP is to validate your idea, not to impress your users.

☑️ Speed is your best friend and perfection is your worst enemy.

☑️ Real user feedback is gold. Fancy features are a distraction to get to that feedback 💬

☑️ Iterate based on real needs from real users, not on assumptions in your head. 🔄 ☑️ The faster (and uglier) you launch, the quicker you learn.

Keep in mind, your initial MVP should serve as a raw prototype of the final product 😉
